Liability Waiver

This document serves as a waiver of liability agreement between your company and Kids L.A.B. Therapy LLC, in relation to participation in Roo's Family Fest & Book Swap Bonanza scheduled to take place in the month of April 2025 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

• In consideration of being permitted to participate in Roo's Family Fest & Book Swap Bonanza, the undersigned company hereby agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Kids L.A.B. Therapy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in the event.

  
  

• I acknowledge and understand that participating in Roo's Family Fest & Book Swap Bonanza may involve certain risks, including but not limited to accidents, injuries, property damage, and other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to release Kids L.A.B. Therapy LLC from any liability arising from such risks.

  
  

• I agree to maintain adequate insurance coverage for its participation in Roo's Family Fest & Book Swap Bonanza, and to provide proof of such insurance coverage upon request by Kids L.A.B. Therapy LLC.

  
  

• This waiver of liability shall be binding upon myself, its successors, assigns, heirs, and legal representatives.

  
  

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
